How do credits work?

Bonclay uses one Video Credit balance. 720p with native audio costs 0.3 credits per generated second; 1080p with native audio costs 0.4 credits per second. The exact cost is always shown before you start a generation.

How much does a 5, 10, or 15 second generation cost?

5 sec at 720p = 1.5 credits; 5 sec at 1080p = 2 credits; 10 sec at 1080p = 4 credits; 15 sec at 1080p = 6 credits. Certain advanced or reference-based workflows may cost more, and you'll see the cost before starting.

What happens if my generation fails?

If a generation fails because of a Bonclay or system error before a usable result is delivered, the reserved credits are released back to your balance.

Yes. Regenerating because you want a different creative result costs the normal generation amount again.

Do credits roll over?

Starter and Creator credits reset each billing cycle. Pro, Studio, and Agency can roll over up to one additional month of unused monthly credits.

Top-up credits are one-time purchases valid for 90 days from purchase, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Subscription credits are used first.

Yes. Every plan lets you save Characters and Products/Looks for consistent reuse. Limits increase with your plan, and Studio and Agency are unlimited.

Yes. You'll be able to change plans at any time from your account. Upgrades take effect right away; downgrades apply from your next billing cycle.

Only if you have the rights, licenses, or permission to use it. You are responsible for the material you upload.

Can I transform a real person's likeness?

Only with that person's consent where required, or other lawful basis. Deceptive impersonation, fraud, and non-consensual content are prohibited.
