Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged, except where required by applicable law.

You can cancel future renewal at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise stated, and you keep access to your plan until then.

Unused subscription credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. They reset or roll over according to your plan's rollover rules.

Purchased top-up credits are generally non-refundable after purchase or use, except where required by law. Top-up credits are valid for 90 days from purchase.

Generations that fail because of a Bonclay, system, or provider error should not permanently use your credits when no usable output is delivered. Credits reserved for qualifying technical failures are automatically released back to your balance.

A successfully delivered result that you don't like is not a technical failure. Regenerating for a different creative outcome uses credits normally. We recommend testing with short, low-cost clips first.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact support@bonclay.ai first. We're usually able to resolve issues quickly. We may limit or suspend accounts involved in fraudulent payments or refund abuse.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.
